    Seattle

Seattle, incorporated in 1869, is the largest city in the Pacific Northwest. Seattle is located between Puget Sound, an inlet of the Pacific Ocean and Lake Washington. Beyond Lake Washington to the east are the eastside suburbs, such as Bellevue and Redmond. It is a thriving center for businesses from all different sectors. Many people are attracted to the beautiful scenery with views of lakes and mountains, the mild climate and also the diversity and wonderful opportunities available in the city. It is especially attractive to businesses due to its location next to major ports. The Ports of Seattle and Tacoma combined is the nation’s largest container port that serves as a gateway to Asia and also a major connecting point between Alaska and the other 48 states. Therefore, Seattle is one major hub for the transportation of goods both domestically and internationally.
